At Medical Hut, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Below are the details regarding our delivery process, timelines, and terms:
1. Delivery Times
- Within Pakistan: Orders are delivered within 7-14 working days after confirmation.
- International Orders: Delivery is typically completed within 10-21 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and serve as guidelines. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods. If a delay arises, we will inform you promptly.
2. Address and Delivery Attempts
- Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to Medical Hut. In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- Please ensure that the provided address is accurate and reachable to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
3. Courier Services Used
- Domestic Deliveries: Trax, Call Courier, WithRider, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, Swyft, MoveX, M&P.
- International Deliveries: SkyNet, DHL, UPS, Aramex, Pakistan Post, or FedEx.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
4. Payments & Order Confirmation
- Order Confirmation: Orders placed between Monday to Friday take up to 2 working days to confirm. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We verify COD orders through a maximum of 3 confirmation calls. If unattended, the order will be canceled. Payments are collected at the shipping address.
- Online Payments: Orders paid online undergo a fraud status check. Upon clearance, they proceed for processing. If flagged as ‘failed,’ they are automatically canceled.
5. Force Majeure
Medical Hut will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.
6. Courier Liability
While we partner with trusted courier services, Medical Hut is not responsible for delays or errors caused by courier companies. However, we will actively assist in resolving any issues that may arise.
